Yanelys Gonzalez
Yanelys Gonzalez founded OCC in 2000. She is fully bilingual in English & Spanish and is an active member of the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCAI).
Her experience in the building service industry has helped her understand, plan and create unique strategies to preserve loyal clients and deliver constant and optimal customer service that exceeds expectations.

Nelson Gonzalez Jr.
Nelson Gonzalez Jr. has served as the Operations Manager of OCC since 2008. His professional career in Commercial Building Services started back in 2000.
In his role, Nelson takes care of the company logistics, organization, and supervision, managing around 30 employees.
Elizabeth Wright
Elizabeth joined OCC Clean in 2025. She keeps office operations running smoothly with attention to detail and a professional, can-do attitude.
She manages scheduling, correspondence, and file organization with accuracy and discretion, ensuring deadlines are met and information is easy to access.
