Position Summary

OCC Clean is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maid/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Head Maid, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential properties, and commercial establishments. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive to job sites

• Understand work orders and perform accordingly

• Communicate in English with clients

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

• Make beds and change linens

• Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products

• Remove trash and empty bins

• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

• Current DMV Driving record.
