Position Summary

OCC Clean is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodians/Cleaners to join our team. As a custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including and commercial establishments. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around offices and buildings.

• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot-cleaning glass and windows.

• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.

• Setting up cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to clients.

• Performs additional duties as needed.

• Collect waste/trash from drive-thru

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

• Current DMV Driving record.
